Working with interdisciplinary teams

Interdisciplinary teams are defined as: “A coordinated group of experts from several different fields who work together toward a common business goal. A business might use an interdisciplinary team of professionals to work on a complex project that requires multiple skills sets or areas of expertise in order to succeed.” source – business dictionary

This UXDiscuss we will be discussing the advantages and difficulties of Working with interdisciplinary teams and what goes into making a truly cohesive interdisciplinary team.

The #uxdiscuss event will be held on 1st June 2017 (1/06/2017) at 1pm UK time (8am Eastern US).

The questions we will be discussing are:

  2. What challenges have you encountered when working with interdisciplinary teams?
  3. Can you share good examples of interdisciplinary teams working well together?

The questions will be posted to Twitter via @uxdiscuss using the hashtag #uxdiscuss and all you have to do is join in.

We look forward to seeing you then!
