This UXDiscuss will look at Usability testing tools and techniques. Usability testing is a quintessential part of UX research and analysis, especially if we want to know our users and their needs. Often there might be budget or time constraints. Deciding which tests to conduct and how to then extract the useful data is essential to achieve the best results. What tools and techniques do you use to decide your course of action when usability testing?
The #uxdiscuss event will be held on 9th June 2016 (09/06/2016) at 1pm UK time (8am Eastern US).
The questions we will be discussing are:
- What complexities have you found when conducting usability testing?
- What are the tools or techniques you’ve used to optimise the process?
- Can you name good examples of usability testing?
The questions will be posted to Twitter via @uxdiscuss using the hashtag #uxdiscuss and all you have to do is join in.
We look forward to seeing you then!
