Although most of the concepts surrounding UX aren’t new, very often students have to be taken out of their comfort zone and taught to look at things in a different way. This can be challenging and very often the message might not get past the classroom. The amount of UX research done across different organisations can vary – but the end result—having useful information to act upon—is the same.

One of the trickiest aspects of this can be finding the right systems & processes to make the sharing of these UX related research findings easy and useful.

Systems like Nasdaq’s Mosaiq – http://nasdaqdesign.com/mosaiq/ – and WeWork’s Polaris – https://medium.com/@tsharon/democratizing-ux-670b95fbc07f – are looking to address some of these issues but these options are still developing.

In this UXDiscuss, we want to find out how you share your UX related research findings, both within your team and across your wider organisation.
