This UXDiscuss will look at The UX of Motion & Animation. There has been a recent resurgence in the use of motion & animation to enhance a user’s experience with an interface. Finding the right balance can often be a daunting task, so how does a UX professional adapt their knowledge to this field and find the right animation that will enhance the UX and not clutter the interface?

The #uxdiscuss event will be held on  28th January 2016 (28/01/2016) at 1pm UK time (8am Eastern US).

The questions we will be discussing are:

  1. How useful do you think motion & animation are in regard to UX/UI?
  2. What useful resources have you found in regard to UX motion & animation?
  3. How does knowledge of motion & animation fit into the rest of the UX process?

The questions will be posted to Twitter via @uxdiscuss using the hashtag #uxdiscuss and all you have to do is join in.

We look forward to seeing you then!
